PRESTON L. HICKS
earned his J.D. Degree from Birmingham School of Law.  Mr. Hicks previous career was as a Chartered Financial Consultant in  Birmingham, Alabama, Miami and Pensacola. Florida.  As a Financial Consultant & Chartered Life Underwriter,  Mr Hicks worked for over fifteen years and was an expert doing Financial planning and organizing with individuals helping them to reduce taxes, plan & organize their personal financial situation. He founded Preston L. Hicks, Planning Associates,P.A. and National Planning Associates, P.A.  He assisted individuals, professionals and businesses in setting up Pension Plans, ways to use Corporate dollars to accomplish personal goals, setting up Business Succession plans and Estate Planning.  Prior to setting up his Law Practice in Foley, Alabama he worked for the Law Firm of JAMES L. CHASE  & Associates in Pensacola, Florida. His initial career was in the Radio, Television and Entertainment industry. Mr. Hicks has over 35 years of business experience.

Mr. Hicks believed in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal  and financial issues. In 1994, Mr. Hicks founded The Law Firm of Preston L. Hicks, Attorney & Counselor of Law, Chartered Financial Consultant. Since then, Mr. Hicks has represented numerous clients in Municipal, State and Federal Courts. The Law Firm of PRESTON L.
